The HS4-A-F enables cost effective rapid shutdown functionality in a 1 module to 1 HS4 configuration. The HS4-A-F is both IEC and UL certified for global acceptance.
The HS4-A-F is UL 1741 PV Rapid Shutdown System (PVRSS) certified with hundreds of inverters to comply with NEC 2014, 2017, and 2020 rapid shutdown requirements. Many of the inverters with Sunspec communicate with the HS4-A-F over PLC, enabling plug and play installations.

The HS4-A-2F enables cost effective rapid shutdown functionality in a 1 module to 1 HS4 configuration. The HS4-A-F is both IEC and UL certified for global acceptance.
It is UL PVRSS certified for connectivity with the largest network of inverters, many of which have a built in RSS transmitter. By connecting to two modules, the TS4-A-2F reduces labor time and enables 16% fewer connections on a 14 panel string compared to single channel MLPE.

- When receiving the transmitted signal of the incoming controller, the component string channel is opened and the inverter operates normally;
- When the transmit signal is not received, the MOSFET is quickly turned off, and the component string channel is also closed, so that the system’s high voltage is reduced to less than 30V within the 30s to ensure the safety of fire fighting and installation and maintenance personnel.
