HIITIO Class RK5 Fuse Successfully Issued UL Certification

HIITIO's Class RK5 fuse has successfully obtained UL certification, ensuring high-quality electrical protection. Learn more about its high breaking capacity, time-delay feature, and suitability for various applications.

HIITIO, as a leading supplier of new energy industry and industrial control solutions in the world, is proud to announce that our Class RK5 fuse, capable of handling a voltage of 250Vac, 150Vdc with current up to 60A, has successfully obtained the official certification from Underwriters Laboratories. UL File Number: E537893.

We are the only manufacturer in China that has been issued UL certification for class RK5 fuse. This important certification marks our outstanding contribution to the field of electrical equipment and our commitment to product safety.

UL certification is a global safety certification representing the highest standards for product safety and performance. After rigorous testing and auditing, our Class RK5 fuses successfully passed UL certification, providing our customers with higher confidence and reliability.

Key Features:

Issued UL Offical Certification

HIITIO class RK5 fuse has successfully obtained UL certification, which is a mark of trust for industry, manufacturers and consumers, representing a commitment to product quality and safety. By obtaining an UL certificate, our Class RK5 fuses are able to prove their excellence in electrical protection and safety.

High Breaking Capacity Performance

This type of fuse has excellent breaking capacity and can safely cut off currents up to 200,000 amps while maintaining normal operation of the circuit. It can provide protection against low level overcurrent of overloads and will hold an overload which is five times greater than the amp rating of the fuse for a minimum of ten seconds.

Time-Delay & Current-Limiting

The time-delay feature allows the current to exceed the rating for a short period of time to accommodate starting motors or other transient loads, which helps prevent false triggering and ensures that the fuse is active when it is actually needed to break the circuit.

The current-limiting feature, which limits the current growth rate when the current exceeds the rated value. This design helps reduce current surges, prevent equipment damage caused by overcurrent, and improve the thermal stability of the fuse.

Suitable for High Current Environments

Thes fuses are designed to hold relatively high currents, making them suitable for use in high-current environments. This allows it to provide effective circuit protection in electrical systems, preventing damage caused by current overloads.

Multiple Application Scenarios

This fuse can be widely used in motors, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems, switchboard mains and feeders, transformers, and other key equipment in power systems to provide reliable circuit protection for various application scenarios.
