During the tour, our guests were walked through three core production lines: DC contactors, DC fuses, and Battery Disconnect Units (BDUs). Engineers and procurement leads from the visiting team observed our full manufacturing workflow firsthand — from component sourcing and precision assembly to rigorous in-line quality inspection and final product testing.
Discussions during the visit touched on OEM and ODM customization capabilities, MOQ flexibility, and HIITIO’s end-to-end capacity to support large-scale energy storage system (ESS) and EV battery pack integration projects.
