HIITIO was pleased to welcome Onecimo Perez and Dario Perez from Traigo, Chile, to our facilities for an in-depth technical and business exchange. The visit marked an important step in strengthening connections between HIITIO and key partners in the Latin American renewable energy market, reflecting our shared commitment to accelerating the global energy transition.
During their visit, the Traigo team explored a comprehensive range of HIITIO’s clean energy solutions, with particular focus on micro-inverters, energy storage systems (ESS), and Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). Our technical and commercial teams provided detailed introductions to product design philosophies, system architectures, performance characteristics, and application scenarios across residential, commercial, and distributed energy projects.
The discussions around HIITIO micro-inverters centered on their reliability, modular scalability, and suitability for diverse grid environments—key considerations for solar installations in Chile and broader Latin American regions. In parallel, our energy storage solutions were examined from a system-level perspective, highlighting how intelligent storage can enhance grid stability, improve self-consumption rates, and support peak-shaving and backup power requirements.
BIPV solutions were another major highlight of the visit. As urban energy demand continues to rise, integrating photovoltaics directly into building structures offers a compelling pathway to sustainable architecture. HIITIO shared its approach to combining aesthetics, safety compliance, and power generation efficiency, sparking productive discussions on potential applications in commercial and residential developments.
Beyond product demonstrations, the visit served as a valuable platform for exchanging market insights, technical requirements, and long-term strategic perspectives. Both teams explored opportunities for collaboration tailored to regional energy policies, project needs, and evolving customer expectations.
